Who is responsible

Dragon Convergence: Ascension is an independent project by Andrea Mapelli, the controller of the Alpha preregistration data. For privacy requests, contact mapelliandrea94@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

We collect your email, an optional nickname, your consent, and registration and invitation status with their timestamps. We use these to manage your Alpha place, reserve an available nickname and send the launch invitation. Providing a nickname is optional. Providing an email and requesting an invitation are necessary to join this list.

The invitation is based on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing the address above from your registered address. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. We do not use this consent for unrelated marketing.

Security and technical data

A hashed network address and request time are used to limit abuse. These rate-limit entries are removed after 24 hours. Hosting and delivery providers also process network addresses and technical request logs to operate and secure their services. This security processing serves our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Service providers

The landing page is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. The registration list is stored with Supabase in its EU West region in Ireland. Supabase Auth and the configured email delivery service handle launch invitations. Providers may process supporting service data outside the EEA under their applicable data protection safeguards. We do not sell the list or make it publicly readable.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration while preparing and delivering your Alpha invitation and resolving any delivery issue. It is deleted when you withdraw or no longer needed for this purpose. Game account data, if you later activate an account, is separate from this landing-page registration.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your data; you may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the address above. You can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Cookies

This landing page adds no analytics, advertising cookies or social embeds. Hosting infrastructure may use necessary technical mechanisms for security and delivery. Community links will be added only when the official channels exist.
